Booking Conditions

Prices range from £390 - £550 per week.

We prefer Saturday – Saturday weekly booking but we can be flexible in the low to mid seasons. We can also offer 2 or 3 night stays during the low season. Please apply giving your specific requests.

Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of booking and balance to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Date Changes

If we are able to re-let the property for the pre-booked dates, only then can a refund be considered. We recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover for such eventualities.

Property Condition

The property must be left in the same condition as found and breakages and damages must be paid for. Any problems or complaints must be addressed during the stay, using the contact numbers, and cannot be dealt with afterwards.

Pets

The owners of the property will accept one well behaved dog. The dog must sleep in it’s own bed brought by the holiday maker and on no account must the dog be allowed on the beds and furniture. Dogs must not be left in the property on their own. Most pubs in the dales allow dogs.

Arrival and Departure

The property will normally ready for your arrival after 2.30pm. Guests are asked to vacate the property by 10.30am on day of departure.
